We spotted the radio wouldn't turn up on the test drive he jumped straight in couldn't work it so he had it taken away and sorted. From test driving it to taking it away it was with me within a week even with needing a new radio and having to go to nissan for coding. Communication all the way through. Recently purchased a car that I saw online and went to visit millfield motors to view it for the first time. I'm not local so it was a bit of a trek. Well worth it. All staff I spoke to on the phone or in person were exceptionally friendly. I didn't feel like they were just being nice to sell a car. I felt like they genuinely care that a person has a good experience with them. Any questions I had regarding the car were answered. The vehicle itself was as described. There was one minor issue that I'm only going to bring up because of the way it was dealt with. Basically the car did not have a parcel shelf at the time I viewed it because it had been taken out to valeted. I was told it would be back in the vehicle when I came to pick it up. Fast forward to that day and on arrival I'm informed that the parcel shelf was the incorrect one. This is where millfield motors secured a good review. While I was there a new parcel shelf was sourced ordered and arranged to be delivered to my home. Over all a very pleasant experience I would be very happy to repeat in the future.

Would highly recommend Millfield Motors. No pressure sales, Brad was happy to let me look over the car and take it for a test drive. Went through the service history with me pointing out the key parts of maintenance carried out and helped sort out the tax online as well. After sales service has been great sorting out a small niggle with the car. If you're looking for a small, friendly dealer/garage I would definitely give them a call.
